Every instruction begins with a site survey. We attend, record the boundary as it stood and establish exactly what the vehicle impact did — so that only works genuinely liable under the policy are ever claimed for.
A detailed site report, with photographs and measurements, is compiled and issued to the client before any authorisation request is received. The adjuster sees the evidence and the precise scope of works before any authorisation.
